Prayer Meditation



Today take 3 minutes. 
Go outside and find a comfortable place to sit. Now close your eyes. Feel the warmth of the sun on your face. Take slow, deep breaths. Relax your shoulders and arms. Sit very still, and clear your mind of all thoughts. You are in His presence. For 3 minutes, dwell in His presence.  Let the peace of Christ renew you.
